Help Honor Antonio Lewis with a Proper Burial

Hello Everyone,

My brother, Antonio Lewis, departed Earth on 10/23/24. My brother was kind and had a heart of gold. Despite this, he had many troubles in life overcoming poverty, homelessness, mental illness, and addiction. He never met a stranger. If he knew you, he'd always remember your name. He deserved so much better in life than what he received. He was smart, but never got to use his gifts because of early childhood traumas. He spent his final moments on hospice at a nursing home in Bell Gardens, CA alone, without the comfort of his family knowing he was dying. I would like to give him a proper burial. He wished to be buried next to our parents at Shady Grove Cemetery in Shady Grove, FL. He was absolutely terrified of cremation. I was just made aware of his death today, 11/05/24. His body is currently at the LA County Morgue located at 2051 Marengo Street, Los Angeles, CA. This campaign is to raise enough money to cover his body being flown to Pensacola, FL and the funeral costs at James and Sykes Mortuary in Marianna, FL. I have limited funds, but will contribute what I do have to make his final wishes a reality. I know that times are hard for everyone. My family and I would appreciate anything to help towards his final expenses. Thank you to all who read, share, and contribute to this campaign.
