We are heartbroken to share that my mom April Martin at 54 yrs old has tragically passed away she went in for a ear infection at Los Angeles general medical hospital she was awake when she went in they put her to sleep by administering fentanyl and other medications which caused a massive heart attack, brain bleed and hemorrhage , which she passed she faught a good battle but she didn’t wake up this unexpected loss has left of profound impact on our family we’re coming together to ask for support during this challenging time the funds raise will help cover funeral cost and provide some release to our family to navigate this difficult time any consibution no matter how small will make a meaningful difference your support/thoughts and prayers are deeply
