Help Us Honor Byron Simpson's Memory

Donation protected
Dear Friends, Family, and Kind-Hearted Strangers,

It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of our beloved Byron Simpson. Byron left us suddenly on 5/16/2024 in Arizona, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and countless cherished memories. As we come to terms with this heartbreaking loss, we are reaching out for your support to honor Byron in the way he truly deserves.

Byron will be cremated in Arizona, and we plan to bring his remains back to his home state of New Mexico. We will hold the official funeral proceedings in New Mexico, where both sides of the family, friends, and anyone who was close to Byron can gather to celebrate his life and bid him farewell. We may have a memorial arranged in Arizona before his transport to New Mexico for those who we're close to him and unable to attend the New Mexico ceremony. Details are pending and will be updated here ASAP (this will also depend on how much funds can be raised).

After the funeral, Byron's remains will be placed alongside his brother Bryant and father Benjamin, fulfilling his final wishes. We will also distribute some of his ashes to immediate family, to allow closure and have him reside with those who loved him most.

The funds we raise will be used for:

1. Cremation (and possible ceremony) costs in Arizona
2. Transportation of Byron's remains to New Mexico
3. Funeral services and proceedings in New Mexico
4. Final resting arrangements alongside his brother and father

Byron touched so many lives with his warm heart and generous spirit. He was a source of strength and joy to everyone who knew him. As we navigate this incredibly difficult time, your support will help us give Byron the respectful and loving farewell he deserves.

Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference. If you are unable to donate, we would be deeply grateful if you could share this page with others who might be able to help.

Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and for helping us honor Byron’s memory.

With heartfelt gratitude,
Vivian (mother), Sunshine (sister), and Family
