It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Chef Juan. He was a cherished friend and colleague and after working together 25+ years it’s no doubt we became a work family. He will be deeply missed by his Quiet Cannon Family and all those who knew him.

We want to help his family raise the funds to give him the dignified and heartfelt send-off he deserves, as the financial burden of funeral expenses is overwhelming for his family during this already difficult time.

Funds raised will go towards funeral and burial services. Your generosity will make a meaningful difference in ensuring that Juan is laid to rest with the dignity and respect he deserves.
