In Loving Memory of Christopher
It is with heavy hearts that we share the devastating news of the passing of our beloved brother, Christopher, who was only 26 years old—so full of life, love, and promise. On July 6th, 2024, Chris was tragically shot while driving his vehicle. Just minutes earlier, we had been celebrating together at a family Quinceañera. He had left briefly to pick up his girlfriend, excited to return and introduce her to all of us. Sadly, he never made it back. While turning into the wrong street and attempting to reverse, Chris was struck by two bullets—one to the head and one to the chest—causing him to lose control and crash into a nearby fence. He was declared brain dead and passed away on July 10th, 2024.
This unimaginable tragedy has left our family shattered. Never could we have imagined losing our Chris in such a senseless and horrific way. Yet even in death, Chris continued to embody the selfless spirit we all knew and loved. While alive, he had already saved three lives—and after his passing, he gave the gift of life to five more through organ donation. That was who Chris was: giving, compassionate, and full of heart. As we navigate this painful time, we ask for your support—whether through prayers or any contribution, no matter how big or small—to help give Christopher the farewell he so deeply deserves. Thank you all for your love, compassion, and support during this incredibly difficult journey.
With heartfelt gratitude, Christopher’s Family
