Hello Everyone,

We are heartbroken to share that our beloved Esna Alvarez has passed away unexpectedly on 12/22/2024. Esna lost a battle to many health complications. Diabetes led to kidney failure and congestive heart failure. Esna was on dialysis 3 times a week. That led to cardiac arrest. After being resuscitated after 12 minutes, she was brought back to life and given another chance to live another week to say her last goodbyes to her loved ones. Then she had another cardiac arrest that took her life. Esna was first and foremost a mother to her only son named Rafael Lara. She was kind-hearted, hardworking, devoted to family, and a beloved friend. She touched many lives with her humor and love.

As we navigate through this difficult time, we are asking for your support to help cover the costs of her funeral and memorial services. The financial burden of arranging a dignified service is significant, and any contribution, no matter the amount, will be deeply appreciated. The funds raised will go directly toward funeral home fees, transportation, memorial services, and cremation.

Esna's final wish was to be cremated and have her ashes scattered at sea alongside her mother. We are forever grateful for the outpouring of love and support we've already received, and we know that Esna would have been touched by the kindness shown.
