Help Honor Ethan Owens' Life and Legacy

The world lost Ethan on the night of January 28, shortly after his 21st birthday, in a catastrophic accident. His unexpected passing was sudden and tragic for us all.

Anyone who knew Ethan knew that he was always willing to lend a hand. Even if he didn't know how, he wouldn't waste any time figuring it out. Putting others first came to him as naturally as breathing air. He loved making jokes and keeping his friends in high spirits.

Ethan didn't know how to give less than 100%. He was a natural peer leader. At any of his usually multiple jobs, he always sought more work to do and more ways to motivate and support his co workers.

He was a man of multitudes. His curiosity for the world led him to cultivate myriad hobbies. He was an amateur mechanic, gardener, cook, collector, performer, musician, stunt driver, wood carver, gamer, concert goer, and all-around kick butt guy.

He was also a dedicated student. His teachers and peers could see his devotion to his studies and his hunger for learning. We was a high performer and always aimed for academic excellence.

Lastly, while we are all in mourning, like many families who lose a love one too soon, we did not put money aside for this to happen. If Ethan's bright light touched your life in any way, and your heart is moved to give, we ask that you donate any amount large or small to go toward funeral and memorial costs.
