Help Honor Glen Icanberry's Legacy

Donation protected
Good friends of Glen Icanberry are raising funds to help with funeral and memorial costs.
Glen Icanberry, 67 years old, a former Santa Fe Railway employee has died after a year long battle with lung and heart disease. He passed away at Loma Linda University Medical Center Hospital on September 23rd.
Born January 17, 1957, in Casper, Wyoming, Glen and his family moved around frequently due to his father's occupation. Glen's interest in trains and railroading caught on early as many of his homes were near railroad tracks.
After graduating from college, in Fresno, CA, he hired on immediately with the Santa Fe, working in both Calwa and Fresno. He worked in a few positions during his career, but dispatching was his favorite.
Glen's time with Santa Fe ended after the BN/Santa Fe merger. He wrapped up his career working at AMTRAK Reservations in Riverside, CA. His retirement came in 2002.
Glen's interest and involvement in railroading never ended. An avid photographer, he and his friend literally chased trains all over the West. He even found time to volunteer as a board director at the San Bernardino Rail Museum. As everyone knows, Glen was a true railroad man.
Glen never learned to say no to anyone in need. His heart was always open to help those less fortunate than him. His love for his "kitties" is well known and Fenner (his last kitty) will miss him. His gentle soul was reflected in his kind smile.
Rest in peace, Glen.
