Help Honor Grandpa Joe's Final Wishes
Donation protected
First and foremost, I ask that you bear with me during this difficult time and trying to do something like this that I am typically not really made out to do.
As we all have heard by now, our Grandpa Joe has passed away 11/08/2024. On 11/21/2024, I got the final arrangements set up and was able to get a final cost. The final cost for the burial is going to be $5006 exactly. We are going to be using Wildrose Chapel and Funeral Home. Unfortunately, Grandpa Joe did not have anything in writing to state what he would like to do when his time has come to be with the Lord. I have spoken with Grandma Inge, and she states that Grandpa Joe would like to NOT be cremated and wants to be buried. As Grandma Inge is still alive and recovering, I am doing my best to accommodate all her best interests as she goes through this time to recover as well.
The timeline that I am aware of is that approximately 6:55 PM, CHP received multiple 911 calls stating that there was a 3-vehicle accident on Highway 41 just south of the Valley Children's Boulevard exit. I'd like to believe that Grandpa was on his way home at that time of night. CHP arrived on the scene and was quick to learn that the trailing vehicle of the 3-vehicle accident, Grandpa Joe, may have been fatal and wasn't doing well. Due to this, Madera County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) was dispatched out, and they continued their life-saving efforts for Grandpa Joe. Grandpa Joe had been pronounced deceased from the accident. On Sunday, 11/10/2024, there was a missed call and message left on the answering machine from the Madera County Coroner's office looking for anyone that knew information in regard to Joseph Bogosian. As Grandma Inge is in a long-term care facility, there were no calls being returned. MCSO then got the information that Grandma was at the care facility and therefore spoke with her there on Tuesday, 11/12/2024, and was able to get his brother Frank's information from her. They contacted Frank, and from there, the rest of the family was notified. As we continue to pick up the pieces and carry on my Grandpa's legacy, I would like to ask that if you are able to share, please do so with whatever your heart's desire is. Any and every little bit helps as we continue to make it to our goal.
The only forms of payment that they accept are personal check and cashier's check. So, I would like to give anyone the opportunity to be able to help with a card, please do so through here. I am going to ask for $6000 in total for any fees associated with this platform and banks to be able to transfer the funds that we are able to receive.
I understand that individuals would like to know the breakdown of the total cost, and I am more than willing to be transparent about it. The only thing that I would ask is, please contact me directly in regards to this information.
Thank you all once again, much love and respect!
His Grandson,
Robert
