Help Honor Jay's Memory and Support His 3 year old son Elias

My name is Chasity Parhm. I am the mother of Jacquis "Jay" Miller. Jay was tragically killed on June 10, 2024 by an act of senseless violence. Jay leaves behind a 3-year-old son whom he adored and provided for. Jacquis lit up every room he walked in and was a joy.

A Memorial for Jay is scheduled for July 7, 2024. We are seeking donations in lieu of flowers.
