Help Honor Juan Carlos Lopez's Memory

Hello friends, family and readership,

On July 30th our dear friend Juan Carlos Lopez went missing in the Hanover area in Chicago, IL. On Saturday, August 3rd, Carlos was found after being pulled from a river and regretfully he passed away.

For all who knew him … Juan Carlos was a free spirit with a beautiful heart. He loved nature, watching the sunrise & sunset, working out, going on adventures, people in general, dancing salsa and bachata. He loved his family, friends and animals.

Any and all proceeds will be directed to his mother, Maria Hernandez for his final resting expenses and journey back to his native Guatemala.

Visitation will be held Thursday, August 15, 2024, from 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM at Bucaro Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 485 W. Army Trail Road, Bloomingdale, IL 60108. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, August 16, 2024, with prayers at 9:30 AM from Bucaro Funeral Home to St. Pius X Catholic Church, 1025 E. Madison St, Lombard, IL 60148 for 10:30 AM Mass.
