Help Honor Kathy Lopez's Memory

My name is Samantha Santos, and I am writing to you today with a heavy heart as the best friend of Justina Lopez, Kathy Lopez's beloved middle daughter. On October 15th, Kathy lost her courageous four-year battle with pancreatic cancer, passing away just weeks after celebrating her 60th birthday. This loss has left a tremendous void in the lives of her family and all who knew her.

Kathy was a lifelong resident of New York City, known for her vibrant spirit, infectious laughter, and boundless love for those around her. She touched the hearts of so many with her warmth, compassion, and the joy she brought to every room. Now, as her children—Jillian Galarza, Justina Lopez, Jackie Lopez, and Anthony Lopez—grieve this immense loss, they are faced with the unexpected burden of covering funeral and service expenses, as well as Kathy's remaining medical bills.
