Help Honor Linda White's Memory

My name is Florence Harris. My mom’s name is Linda White, she would’ve been 76 this September 4th. Last year around this time, she was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a cancer of the bones and blood. By the time the doctor diagnosed her, it had already metastasized. Her health declined extremely quickly, even while undergoing therapy and treatments. By September, my mom was unable to walk and by February, my mom was unable to use her arms. She was completely dependent.

Through all this, I took care of my mom and I watched her fight a hard battle. She suffered so much and still smiled every day, remaining

positive all the way to the end, even through all the pain she was in. On July 18th, she decided she was tired and couldn’t do anymore treatments. The chemo and radiation weren’t benefiting her. She had multiple ports put in and surgeries on both arms and both legs due to broken bones from the cancer. On July 26th, 2024, she passed peacefully at home with her 2 daughters and 4 of her grandchildren.
