Help Honor Marlene Lenderman's Memory
Donation protected
I am trying to raise funds for my mother who passed away on 4/30/2024. Her health took a serious decline once her brother, after whom I’m named, passed away. He had managed her money for her, being a VP at a bank in Maryland. Once he passed, his wife’s family did some shady things, to put it mildly, to get put as co-signers on his safe-deposit box, which had all the info needed for the executor, which was my mother, to know how to distribute his estate, and her own financials including her house, which she had purchased from the sale of her previous home.
He had it in his name to protect her from anything. He also had put the house in a trust which if anything happened to him would transfer her house into a trust of hers. Well, games were played with the paperwork once the safe deposit box had been stolen by the forgery of the in-laws becoming co-signers, when her brother had originally obtained it to keep the info within it out of the hands of his in-laws, knowing they were after his money, so the last thing he would do would be to make them co-signers.
So they used the info within and the money left in it for my mother to handle his estate, to steal his entire estate and my mother's house, which he had had his wife's name specifically removed from and the two trusts created to prevent. Leaving her with nothing, not even enough for her to leave me enough for her burial. When I had to stop working to take care of her once she had her first stroke in 2020 which eventually led to her having 2 more strokes before her passing last month.
I know this sounds like the plot to a scary movie, but I assure you that every word is true, and I’m just trying to raise funds so that she can be buried and allowed to finally rest in peace after having had to deal with such brutal circumstances at the end of her life. She was a very loving mother, who was always there for me throughout my life and was the most important person in my life. I could never thank her enough or repay her enough for being the wonderful mother she was. Now I’m just trying to get her buried in accordance with her wishes and look out for her as she did for me. Thank you for your consideration! RIP Marlene Lenderman, the loving mother I could not possibly have asked for better than! Thank you!
