Help Honor Martha's Memory

My name is Jeffery Jr and today, my mother was called to heaven. Many knew her as Martha or Sissy, but my sister Karen and I just knew her as mom. In some ways, we grew up together, with her becoming a mother as a young teen. She bravely fought cancer for the last five years and she beat the statistics of her disease, not letting go until well past her expected life expectancy. She is the most unique person I have ever met, and she loved her family such as her parents, her three brothers, her two children, and five grandchildren so much. I saw her last on Sunday and she was still smiling and talking to her grandchildren. She was still giving me advice and still making plans.

Unfortunately, she didn't have much, but I do know what her wishes were. My goal is to try to give my mother some dignity in her passing and a final resting place to be remembered for years to come. Your love and generosity are much appreciated.
