Help Honor Richard “Rick” Keener’s Memory

This is Dale Keener. My Brother, Richard Allen Keener, passed away Thursday, May 16th, of a massive heart attack that his body could not recover from. We will be making arrangements for at least a viewing and share information once we know. This was very quick and unexpected. We would like to ask his friends and family for help with his arrangements.
