Honoring the Life and Legacy of Teresa Tuttle

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we share the devastating news that our beloved Teresa Tuttle will soon be leaving us. After much thought and heartbreak, our family has made the incredibly difficult decision to remove her from life support on 3/16/2025.

Teresa was a light in the lives of everyone she met. She had a gift for making people smile, a heart full of kindness, and a special knack for healing with her beloved herbal remedies. She never met a stranger—she welcomed everyone with warmth, wisdom, and an open heart.

This fundraiser is to help cover the unexpected costs of her cremation, memorial service, repass, and other expenses. Teresa did not have a life insurance policy, so these financial burdens fall entirely on the family. Our goal is to support Lance and Trenton Tuttle during this painful time and relieve as much stress as possible as they navigate this unimaginable loss.

On February 28, 2025, Teresa’s day began like any other. While doing a breathing treatment, she experienced a medical emergency that left her unresponsive. She was without oxygen for over 15 minutes, resulting in severe anoxic brain injury. Despite waiting and praying for weeks, Teresa did not wake up. Even if she had, she would have required full-time care, something we know she would never have wanted. On March 16, 2025, we made the most selfless and heartbreaking decision a family can make—to let her go peacefully and reunite with her niece Alyssa, grandmother Hulda, her aunt Patricia, and the many loved ones waiting to welcome her home.
