Phoenix’s Moving Fund

My name is Phoenix. On June 13th, 2024, my sweet & wonderful wife passed away. We successfully funded funerary expenses and I’m pivoting to getting out of this house as quickly as I can, both because of the memories it holds and because it is unsafe- see the update below for an explanation.
