Help Hugo get operation he needs

Hi my name is Sarah I am fundraising for my lovley dog Hugo to get the treatment that he needs to have a good life and be able to go on walks. I rescued Hugo at 8 weeks old from Battersea. He has been limping since the beginning of January this year and was first seen by vet on the 31/01/24 we are under the PDSA due to not being able to get insurance and on a low income and being disabled myself they have done X-rays and referred him to a specialist at north downs as he has elbow dysplasia he need a ct scan and an operation. He is only 9 months old I don’t have the fund to get this done and don’t like seeing him in pain I have asked Battersea for help and they have stated they can’t help if I can’t do this they said to bring him back but If I do that they will put him to sleep and I don’t want him to live in pain he can’t go on long walks and he has so much energy to burn. Please any little will help
