Help Hunter Recover from Lifesaving Treatment
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Hunter!
I recently had to have doctors help me pee. I had an obstructed bladder, which is something that can happen with male cats. This condition is very serious, but thankfully, we caught it early and were able to put in a catheter to help me go pee. I am currently looking at a smooth recovery process, but between the initial vet visit, procedure, and emergency vet overnight stay, there is a fairly hefty bill just for getting me to go pee.
All animals deserve to live long, happy, healthy lives. That means I am going to be eating prescription food from here on out, and that is also pretty expensive!
I am very, very important to my family, especially my #1 Human (the one that feeds me and pets me the best). Some would say my family wouldn't be the same at all without me, because I'm so important to them. As an orange cat, I'm important to pretty much everyone, so please show me just how loved I am by helping out my humans!

^ Initial vet visit costs
^ 24 hour overnight stay costs (at the time of writing 9:30pm 11/20/24, he is projected to only need a 24 hour overnight stay, but may need 48 hours)
^ 48 hour overnight stay costs (at the time of writing 9:30pm 11/20/24, he is projected to only need a 24 hour overnight stay, but may need 48 hours, in which case the price would increase to the above estimate) ** He arrived home after 24 hours so this is not needed, just keeping for transparency sake **
^ costs of Hunter's new prescription food only diet, since his feeding routine includes both wet and dry
^ 11/21/24 11:11pm he's home safe and sound :) He has medications for the next couple weeks and is kinda high from meds still but he is all good!!!! Thank you everyone for sharing and donating
