Help! I have shattered my elbow and out of work

Hi, my name is Eric, I was biking and had an accident where I shattered my elbow and humerusI work and now I can’t pay my bills and rent, credit card payments, phone bill, I’ll be good to work as soon as I’m good to go… it’s just itll be about 3 months maybe to recover and 2000$ a month is what I need.
