Help! I need an art studio!

An Art & Meditation Studio: I have been working out of my living-room and now have family backing for the shed & land that is going to be the studio to be built this year, but a studio is not just four walls and a roof!
This fund will cover the other things: a good easel & stool, canvases, props, marketing for the first year, paints, stall fees, electrics & heating, etc.
I have been a working artist since I was 16, but this will be my chance to make a full-time go at it!
Your help with making this work will be amazing, and I don't know how to properly express my gratitude!!
I'll need the funds by the end of the year (December 2020), so as to set up and be open for the start of the 2021 tourist season.
