Help Ian Guzman's Family in Their Time of Need

Message from Sandra: Today I reach out to your sense of humanity and compassion to help out a dear friend of mine, Lourdes Delgado who within a span of 20 minutes, received the devastating news that her 28-year-old son, Ian Guzman, was either pushed or jumped from their complex six-story parking garage.

The family suspects foul play, as just 20 minutes earlier, Ian had dropped off the family dog after taking a late morning stroll. He left the apartment in his casual house slippers, seemingly in a hurry, as if he had forgotten something. Tragically, only twenty minutes later, Lourdes received a call informing her that 911 had been called and that paramedics were performing CPR on Ian. Despite their efforts, Ian was pronounced dead.

Ian Guzman was a sweet, 28-year-old Hispanic young man who attended Lamar High School and graduated with honors from Hofstra University in New York. In high school, he had a passion for playing the piano and even served as president of the piano club. Ian was known for his kind nature and cheerful disposition, and he loved to read and write. In recent years, he taught classes in movement and fitness, aspiring to own his own fitness studio to help others heal through movement.

Ian is survived by his mother, father, stepfather, older brother, and younger sister. As you can imagine, the family is not prepared to handle the unexpected funeral expenses.
