Help Ian with his Medical Expenses

Ian's aunt and my mom have asked me to start this campaign for Ian. Which I'm honored to do.
If you know Ian, then you know what a great guy he is. The kind of person that would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. A loving, caring and witty guy everone loves to be around and now he is faced with some unexpected troubling times and needs our help.
See,.. Ian has been in and out of the hospital since he was 3 years old and is plagued with the terrible disease of diabetes. Recently things took a scary turn and he has been hospitalized. His pancreas has shut down and is no longer working. He now needs an insulin pump just to survive and the medical bills are out of control.
Ian has never had life on "easy street" and has worked hard his entire life. After losing his father to cancer at just 18 years old, he still managed to graduate from college and start his career as an auto mechanic and now works at Pete's Auto in Honeoye.
He is normally very active and loves his dog Luna, wake boarding, and hiking. Through all his ups and downs, Ian still has kept his positive mind, kind heart and loving soul.
As his friends, family and caring on lookers. We need to help him get back on his feet. I don't know anyone else that deserves our help more than him. Those that know him, know that he would do the same for any of us, if we were in need.
So please.., any donations, in ANY amount, to help Ian with these mounting medical bills would be extremely appreciated.
