Help the tent residents in Deir al-Balah
Donation protected
Welcome,
I am Jen in Seattle, WA, and I am running this campaign for my friend Ibrahim Muhammadin, whose family resorted to living inside a tent in one of the displacement camps in the Deir al-Balah area. The home they left behind has been destroyed. Any aid collected will be transferred directly to my friend Ibrahim and will be spent on food, shelter and basic necessities. All of this will be documented for proof.
Ibrahim’s message:
In light of recurring wars and mass starvation, Palestinian families living in the Gaza Strip face difficult humanitarian conditions. The wars have destroyed our homes, farms and shops, depriving us of a decent livelihood. Tents have become the only shelter for displaced people seeking to rebuild their lives and secure a better future for their families.
I am Ibrahim Muhammadin from Gaza. This fundraising campaign was launched to help my family of 3, the families of 42 of my relatives and friends, and many other displaced families to meet their needs.
Here in Gaza we have lost the past with all its memories and details, and we are living in a strange present and an unknown future. When we lost our homes, friends, families and loved ones, it wasn’t just about stones; it was about memories with their sweetness and bitterness, their joys and sorrows. What we are experiencing here is not easy to live through.
Ibrahim, his wife Shams, and their daughter Zainab.
