Help Ilchester Youth Football Club
Donation protected
Ilchester Youth Football Club has been left devastated after Storm Ciaran caused River Yeo to burst its banks, leaving the entire club under water.
It will take weeks, possibly months to recover the pitches and make them playable again. This will, of course, come at a huge cost to our club.
We are one of the largest clubs in the area and are proud to support 24 youth teams, 3 mens teams and a veterans team alongside our hugely popular Soccer School - giving a platform for over 350 children and 100 adults to access football. These floods will impact not only the Ilchester Community but surrounding areas too.
We are appealing for help to support the huge financial burden that will come with repairing our pitches and getting our children back playing the sport they love, as soon as possible. With more bad weather due, we currently do not know the extent of the damage and the costs to the club.
Any support, financial or otherwise, you can offer would be hugely appreciated by our football community.
If anyone feels they can offer any assistance to the club please reach out to us via social media or by using the email address on our website.
Thank you in advance from everyone at Ilchester Football Club.
