Inca still needs your help.

Inca is approx. 9 years old and was a rescue dog that was severly abused in her early years. She was kept outdoors on a 6 ft chain, never loved, had to fight for her food, and still has no idea what a toy or ball is for. Today we found out she has severe dental issues and needs them all out. My hubby is a truck driver and I disabled so there is no way we can afford what she needs done. She is a loving and deserving family member so would appreciate any help. No help too little. Please. She is a Boxer/Pitt mix.
