Help inmate David Easley!

We are raising money for inmate David Easley who has been targeted by Ohio Department of Rehabilitations and Corrections. Easley has been subjected to assault and torture from ODRC staff from speaking out about prison corruption. Currently, Easley is in the restrictive housing unit/solidarity confinement. He was given a 120 day sentence in the latter unit despite DRC policy 53-CLS-04 which caps time in the RH not to exceed 29 days. Inmate Easley is also looking at a possible 2-5 years after being assaulted by ToCI officers Ridgeway and Hilton. On April 25th, 2021 Easley was subjected to more assault regiments by ODRC staff, he was stripped naked and assaulted by guards. They have attempted to shut off all Easley's communications to the outside world in order to silence him from talking about prison corruption. 

We are raising money for legal fees Easley will need in pursing charges against ODRC for subjecting him to torutre and assaults, this is the same prison complex that Sean Swain, another political prisoner, currently has a case pending against in the InterAmerican Commission on Human Rights for domestic torture. Easley will need help covering lawyer fees as well as other fees needed in order to help him escape this torture regiment by ODRC. Any funds donated would go directly to fighting this case.
