Help Iris Through This Difficult Time

Hello beautiful people, my name is Jess. I am Iris's best friend.

As most of you know, Iris has been battling abdominal/digestive issues since February. After extensive tests, a malignancy has been found. At this time we do not know if her original cancer has spread, or if this is a new cancer. The doctors are trying to schedule surgery as soon as possible, but she has a long recovery ahead of her. Needless to say, Iris is facing a mountain of medial bills, loss of work and wages, and the need to pay for someone to cover her work in her absence. If you can chip in any amount to help Iris cover her housing and medical expenses while she is in treatment, it would mean the world to us and give her a bit of relief knowing this illness will not cause her to lose her home.
