Help Isabel buy her first Louis Vuitton bag

Ever since I was a pre-teen my wish has been to own a designer handbag from Chanel or Louis Vuitton. Although, I have never had the chance to own one myself, my wish is to be able to purchase a Louis Vuitton Alma BB bag by the end of June 2019. I am a high school senior who will be graduating in May and I have been doing my best in school. I got accepted into the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. I will be starting in the fall and will be apart of the pre-nursing program. My only wish is to be able to purchase one by the time I graduate this June. Anything would help me! Thank you so much.
