Help Isabella and her Parents fight her Brain Cancer
Donation protected
Hello, we are asking for your help for our beloved daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter Isabella.
On May 17, 2024, our darling 9-month old granddaughter, Isabella, was admitted to the Sacred Heart Pediatric Intensive Care Unit in Spokane, WA, with the diagnosis of an #ependymoma tumor, a form of brain cancer. As of today, June 14th, Isabella has been bravely fighting this illness in the PICU for 28 days now. She has had two brain surgeries, and has just completed the first of five planned rounds of chemotherapy.
This devastating diagnosis has placed an emotional and financial burden on Isabella's family. Isabella's mother, Rachael, has not been able to work her job as a remote teacher, in order to be by her daughter's side, providing the love and support Isabella needs during this critical time. Bruce, Isabella's father, is serving in the Air Force at Fairchild AFB and is doing everything he can to manage both his job and the mounting responsibilities at home and the hospital.
Some days are better than others, and everyone is getting used to being very patient with Isabella's progress. Baby steps. Her future very likely includes additional surgeries, including the possibility of traveling to Seattle or elsewhere.
Our Goal
We are raising funds to cover the following:
Medical Expenses: Costs of hospitalization, chemotherapy, and any additional treatments or surgeries.
Living Expenses: With Rachael unable to work, funds will help cover essential living costs.
Travel Costs: Any necessary travel for specialized treatments or consultations.
How You Can Help
So many of you have been following Isabella's journey and have asked how you can help. This campaign is a small way to offer support during this challenging time. Your donation, no matter the size, will make a tremendous difference supporting Isabella and her parents with the best possible care and stability during this difficult time. Every contribution helps alleviate the financial strain and allows Rachael and Bruce to focus on what truly matters: helping Isabella heal.
If you are unable to donate, sharing our campaign with your friends, family, and social networks is so appreciated and equally valuable.
Thank You
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your generosity, support, and love. Together, we can help Isabella fight this battle and bring some light into our family's life during these dark times.
