Help Ishaq and his family evacuate Gaza

We are raising funds for our friend Ishaq, who urgently needs help getting his family to safety. Their home has been destroyed, leaving them with nowhere to go and no options for survival.

Forced to flee their home in the northern region of Gaza over three months ago, Ishaq's family has been displaced multiple times, currently residing in the unstable middle region of the strip. Amid growing threats for the safety of people in middle and southern areas and across the Gaza strip, no option is left but to evacuate his family to safety. To do that, Ishaq needs to collect $50,000 to be able to get his family out.

Ishaq's home meant everything to him. It was filled with memories of his family, books he loved, and clothes he wore with pride. But it was more than just stuff. It was where he could smell his mother's cooking from the street, a comforting reminder after a hard day's work, and it was the only thing left to connect him with his late father who passed away when he was just a kid. The backyard of his house, amongst all chaos, was his source of inspiration, comfort zone and peace of mind. He took care of the plants, trees and flowers and made sure they blossomed and looked beautiful.

Ishaq's home, his memories and comfort, was bombed. It is all gone. Everything that was close to his heart; his books, clothes, personal items and cherished plants were destroyed in an instant. Now, amidst the rubble of his past life, Ishaq searches for a new source of inspiration.

"For over 140 days of the ongoing war, I’ve been doing more than my best to survive and to take care of my family of eight from constant danger. Throughout this suffering, my unwavering dedication and commitment led me to work on-ground in the humanitarian field, where I tirelessly worked to provide aid and relief to the countless displaced people clustered in camps and shelters, all while suppressing my misery, pain, displacement, and fear.

I want to emphasize that, without exaggeration, we've genuinely assisted and rescued tens and even hundreds of thousands of lives during these frustrating times, often risking my own safety. However, continuing to provide aid becomes increasingly impossible as the threat to my family increases with each passing day. In these dark days, I literally lost all that I have starting with my childhood home, office, a lot of my relatives, and a lot of friends as well. My family is the only thing I have left in this world.

I’ve always been the one to lend a hand to those in need. But now, it is for the first time I find myself unable to bear the burden alone and I feel extremely hesitant to ask for help. Yet, I still believe that it's now the time for humans to show their good side and compassionate hearts.

I am doing this campaign for the sole purpose of evacuating my family outside of the danger zone. By donating to this campaign, you help to save 8 humans from a certain brutal death.

Before the war, I was a passionate entrepreneur, constantly trying to pursue a brighter future. I dedicated myself tirelessly to prosperity, constantly striving to improve and uplift myself and those around me. Through my work or even as a volunteer, I always wanted to help in building an advanced and united community. On a personal level, my love for fitness was an important part of my daily life, finding comfort and strength in activities like swimming and weightlifting. Reading and writing were my escapes, taking me to different worlds when reality got overwhelming up to this day. Now, as I try to evacuate this war zone, all I want is safety and stability. It's a tough journey ahead, but I'm determined to start fresh and make a positive impact wherever I go.
