Stand with My Sister’s Family Evacuating from Gaza

Hello, my name is Yvette. I am sharing with you the plea of my friend Israa, as she is trying to save her family and evacuate them out of Gaza. It is nearly impossible for her to do anything about her family’s situation, so I am assisting her in trying to evacuate her family. Here is her request to you:

Hello, compassionate friends and supporters! My name is Israa, and I'm reaching out to you with a heartfelt plea for assistance. My sister, Aya, along with her husband Alaa, and their three young children - Tameem 6 years old, Amir 2 years old, and Sinan 10 months old - are currently trapped in the harrowing conflict zone of Gaza. The escalating violence and instability have rendered their living situation extremely dangerous, and they are in desperate need of evacuation to ensure their safety and well-being.

Months ago, Aya and her family had to flee their home in Northern Gaza due to the intensifying war. Since then, they've been facing unimaginable hardships, struggling to survive amidst the chaos, scarcity of food, and limited access to clean water. The ongoing conflict has left them in constant fear and uncertainty about their future.

As our family is in Istanbul, we're determined to bring Aya and her family to safety. Our immediate goal is to facilitate their passage across the Egypt border, where authorities demand $5000 per adult and $2500 per child under 12 years old for entry. This staggering amount is beyond our means, and we desperately need your help to make this evacuation possible.

Aya's family has undergone harrowing experiences during the relentless war in Gaza. The constant barrage of rockets and heavy fires forced them to repeatedly move from one place to another in search of safety. Each relocation brought new dangers, leaving them in a perpetual state of fear and uncertainty.

Amidst these dire circumstances, Aya, Alaa, and their children have been subjected to extreme deprivation. The scarcity of food and access to clean water has led to the onset of various diseases among them. They now grapple with health issues caused by malnutrition and unclean water sources, exacerbating their already challenging situation.
