Help Issac the cattle Dog with PU Surgery:)

Hi my name is Kevin and I own 2 dogs. I yellow lab named riley and a blue heeler also known as a cattle dog named Issac.

He is only 2. He has blatter stones and he accumulates them fast. I have Had 2 cystonamy already they Cut him open and remove the stones, but they continue to come back. They have flushed him 11 times Just so he can pee. We will go to sleep fine and wake up the next morning and be completely blocked up. So then we have to rush him to the emergency room. He is now gonna be on medicine that Will , treat stones. We are looking to get the PU Surgery done so if he does accumulate more stones he will be able to pass them without getting stuck urethra.

I need help so Issac can stay alive. If he doesn't get surgery he may have to be put to sleep. Right now he has 1 stuck in his urethra and several in his blatter.
