Help Iva Greene get to Yale!

My daughter, Iva Greene, has been picked to represent her High School at Yale this summer as a part of the National Student Leadership Conference. This is an amazing opportunity and I need your help to make it happen for her!

Iva got off to a slow start in school due to multiple learning challenges, including dyslexia and dyscalculia, but she has never allowed these things to stand in her way of giving it her all in school. She currently has a 4.21 GPA and is taking AP classes in Math and English. She has been invited to represent Massaponax High School (even though she is only a sophomore) at the National Student Leadership Conference at Yale, this July. While she is there, she will attend classes for Business Management and Entrepreneurship and attend leadership conferences. After she has successfully completed the program, she will receive a letter of recommendation, a certificate of completion and she will be eligible for a $20,000 college scholarship if she goes to school or Yale or 19 other prestigious colleges across the country. In addition to these benefits, she will get to experience life on a college campus, hear from guest speakers and participate in leadership training and hands-on simulations.

Iva did apply for a scholarship for this program and was awarded $750! However, this is a far cry from what Iva needs to cover the cost of the program. Can you help me make this happen for her? Iva always planned on going to college but she recently told me she would consider applying to Yale after being picked for this amazing opportunity. She said, "I never thought a college like Yale was a possibility for me, but now I think... why not me?".

Anything you can contribute will be very much appreciated. I am a single mom and it breaks my heart that I can't send her by myself... but I'm hoping our village might be able to make this dream come true. I want Iva to be able to go to take advantage of this wonderful program and flourish in high school and college. She's got the drive, the grades and the determination... we just need a little help in making it happen.
