Help Izzy Stout & Her Family

Donation protected
Izzy Stout was in her second trimester at 17 weeks pregnant, her husband Cody and 4yr old son Cayden were so excited for their new family member. They had begun making plans for when baby would arrive in April 2023, and had already been picking out names. Izzy was already feeling her little one moving, and was so excited for her bundle of joy to come.

On November 11th, Izzy and her family received the heartbreaking news that their precious baby was gone. Izzy had to go through induced labor, and she gave birth to the most beautiful baby girl on November 12th, 2022 at 12:05am. She was named Karson Ann, she weighed 3.6 ounces and was 6.5 inches long. She will be cremated, and remembered with so much love.

Izzy and her family would like to memorialize Karson Ann in special ways that are most meaningful to them, so they are meeting with a funeral home to explore different memorial options.

At such a heart wrenching and traumatic time, Izzy should be focusing on the long process of physical, mental, and emotional recovery. However, the same weekend that Izzy gave birth, the furnace in her home went out right when central Indiana got its' first snow and extended cold streak of the season. Izzy's parents have graciously allowed her family to stay with them until repairs can be made to their aging furnace. But as we all know, there is no place like home, especially in challenging times.

The goal of this fundraiser is to provide a financial cushion for Izzy and her family in this trying time. Whether it helps with cremation/memorial costs for Karson Ann, furnace repairs, or simply time away from her job so Izzy can process the trauma and emotional struggle she is going through. Those who know Izzy and her family know they are the most genuinely kind people who give freely of themselves to others especially in times of need. Izzy is a natural caretaker to everyone she meets, now is the time for her to receive the same in return.

Most of all, Izzy and her family would appreciate any thoughts and prayers while they begin trying to heal from this unexpected tragedy. They would like to thank everyone for their love and support during this difficult time.
