Help Jace and his mother

UPDATE7/22 Again Melissa and her family have expressed so much gratitude for all the prayers and financial help. Jace is being weaned off medications to keep him sedated. He is moving his limbs, he is starting to breath over the ventilator. Jace has suffered damage to his frontal lobe and right temporal lobe. Jace is young and there is hope that he will recover. He is still at Arnold Palmer and his mother and siblings are at his bedside. Please continue prayers. Thank you thank you for all the support.

Hi my name is Tanya Taival I am helping fundraise for sweet 10yo Jace. Jace was involved in a tragic accident on July 9, 2023. He is is at Arnold Palmer icu fighting for his life. The accident caused a traumatic brain injury. The pressure in his head is elevated and he has developed pneumonia. Doctors are unsure of how he will recover and he will likely spend weeks to months in the hospital.

Melissa Brown his mother is a single mom and works with me as a medical assistant. She goes out of her way to help everyone around. She does not have a lot of support.

Dr Caito and I are starting this go fund me to help Melissa as she is at her sons bedside and can not work. She is also the the caregiver of another disabled adult son and a daughter. We ask for prayers for a Jace and his family…also if anyone feels it in their heart to donate or share this story the family would appreciate it. The money is going directly to Melissa and her family to help with medical costs and cost of living while they stay with Jace as he heals.

uodate…..7/19 Jace had some good progress today …..his intracranial pressures stayed below 20. His meds are being lowered. He is still sedated and vented. Please keep the prayers and good vibes coming. Melissa and her family appreciate it.
