Help Jack Dance Further His 2023 Trials Career

Hello, My name is Jack Dance, and I am a professional Motorcycle Trials rider. I am 17 years old and have been riding trials since the age of 3 years old. I have gained various British Championship titles throughout my career in trials. In 2021 I reached my ultimate goal and became the Trial 125 World Champion, which I am incredibly proud of. The 2022 season was very much a big learning curve for me, gaining as much experience as I could whilst competing at a higher level of competition with the adults. I am ranked 12th overall in the Trial 2 category which was a great start and I believe your support will enable me to train more and be able to get a lot higher up in the rankings.

Motorcycle trials is a skilled and controlled motorsport that is a technical test for rider and machine. I compete on extreme natural terrain all over England and the world, for example, Japan, France, Spain and Italy to name a few destinations. Trials are typically held over a 5-and-a-half-hour time limit consisting of 3 laps of 12 observed sections. Penalty points are given when a foot touches the floor, or a rider fails the section. To put it simply, the rider with the fewest points wins. There is a high level of dedication and mental strength involved in trials, and I train every day to keep at the level I am now riding, but I want to continue with my progression and improve my skill to the next level which involves a lot more travelling abroad and around the UK.

For me to compete in the 2023 World and British Championships, I need a professional minder and mentor to accompany me. Financial support and funding will help towards this and keep me competitive within the sport and improve my training ability.
