Help Jack Fight Aggressive Cancer and Be There for His Kids

Hi, my name is Kaelin and I’m reaching out on behalf of my cousin Jack — a devoted father, loving husband, coach, and friend.

Just a few weeks ago, Jack received devastating news: he’s been diagnosed with an aggressive form of gastric cancer. As anyone who knows Jack would tell you, he’s the kind of person who shows up — whether it's coaching his kids' sports teams, organizing weekend dirt biking trips, or just being the steady, supportive dad every child hopes for. He has five beautiful children, all still in grade school and high school, who adore and rely on him.

Jack’s battle has just begun, and we’re determined to give him the best possible chance at surviving this fight. We are currently trying to get him into a specialized clinic (Hope4Cancer.com) that offers advanced integrative and targeted cancer therapies — options that go beyond standard care and could be life-saving. But these treatments come with significant out-of-pocket costs that insurance won’t cover.
