Help Jack Lynch Rebuild from his RV Home Fire
Donation protected
Ten years ago, following the passing of his beautiful bride, Debbie, our friend, Jack Lynch sold his home in Randolph, NJ. Living out the dream that he and Deb imagined for themselves in retirement, Jack bought a Class A Mobile home and embarked on an incredible journey. Criss-crossing America visiting family, friends, and former students for a decade, Jack wintered at Sun n’ Fun in Sarasota, Florida. On February 16 of this year, Jack returned from the public showers at the campsite to find his home was in flames. Jack lost all of his belongings in the fire, from the emotional objects he had kept from his 75 years with his family to the practical things we all use in our daily lives.
Today, we are calling on you to help Jack rebuild from the devastating ashes by which he is now surrounded. Speaking plainly, Jack’s insurance will help him pay off his mortgage, but it will not help him get a new roof over his head, or put him back on the road. While Jack has personal investments he can completely drain to squeeze into a Class C RV, what if he didn’t have to? What if his friends, family, and former students across the Globe were able to take care of that burden for a man who has dedicated his life to taking care of us? If you spent any time in Jack’s class, at his kitchen table, or around his campfire, you know the faith, grace, and truth that Jack emanates. Never one to mince words, Jack is a breath of fresh air at all times, always presenting us with just the loving words we need to hear, even when we are unprepared to hear them. At one time or another, Jack has served us in the role of a loving father, wise mentor, and an indefatigable friend. His very words and moments are all together the embodiment of the strength of his faith. Please join us between now and Easter (April 3) in providing financial support for a new home for Jack.
