Help Jack O’Leary and his family
Donation protected
Just several days ago, Pike County’s Jack O’Leary found himself clinging to life after suffering a cluster of heart attacks. He was taken to Westchester Medical Hospital and underwent quadruple bypass heart surgery. As the saying goes you cannot hold a strong Irishman down, and that sure describes Jack, who survived the surgery and is recovering in the hospital.
Many know Jack from our School District, where Jack served as a School Board Member. He worked tirelessly to always do the right thing by our children. He always put our children first. Jack was also down at the world trade center trying to help with recovery efforts and suffers from 9/11 lung.
Jack is a pillar of strength in the neighborhood,
from playing the Easter Bunny to Santa Claus. Volunteering his time to help our families in need. If a child was falling behind Jack would make it a personal mission to help that child catch up with whatever resources that family needed. Jack has taken parents and their kids to the doctor and paid their medical bills. He has been there to help the elderly fix their plumbing so they would have heat and not charge them. He donated countless hours to many local organizations. He has helped build houses for local families. He did all of these things from his heart and never expected a Thank you or any publicity for it but its come time for everyone to recognize him for the good man he is and help donate to his family and his recovery. That’s the best THANKS that all of us can give.
Jack has 2 wonderful daughters in our school district that he loves with all of his heart. He also has a wife who works very hard locally. Jack O’Leary now needs our help. A medical hardship can put the most stable family in jeopardy of financial struggle. Jack will be out of work for an indefinite amount of time, benefits may be limited and medical bills will begin to pile up. Please consider donating to the Go Fund Me for Jack and his Family. Thank You!
