Support Jack’s Heart Transplant Journey and His Family

Our beloved Jack has been diagnosed with congestive heart failure, and his situation is critical. With only 13% of his heart functioning, Jack was recently placed on an Impella machine to keep his heart pumping. He is now in urgent need of a heart transplant to survive.

As Jack fights for his life, his wife Bonnie has become his full-time caregiver. In addition to caring for Jack, Bonnie is also supporting their two teenage sons and her mother, who is currently battling cancer. This unimaginable burden has placed an enormous strain on their family, both emotionally and financially.

We are raising funds to help cover the overwhelming medical expenses associated with Jack’s heart transplant, as well as the costs of caregiving, treatments, and ongoing support for their family.
