Help Jackie overcome Cancer!

Hello everyone, My name is Jacklyn or Jackie for short, I'm 28 years old; And I would like to explain my story to you.
In September of 2016 I had my first child, a boy. His name is Caleb! The pregnancy was amazing, no complications. He was breastfed, and come March of 2018 I felt a small ball in my right breast, It made my breast painful to touch, when he nursed there so much pain, redness, you name it, it was terrible! I went to Urgent care and they said it was alittle weird feeling, and I should go get it checked. so they wrote me a script to get an ultrasound. I quickly decided to get the ultrasound, the doctor there told me it was normal, Maybe just a clogged duct but nothing to worry about. They didn't want to do any further testing, no mammos since I was a breastfeeding mother and so young. The pain went away...
Fast forward to July 2019, I started noticing the bump again(With no pain). But I was also having problems with my right ankle. So I went back to urgent care to get that checked, and while I was at it got a Breast exam. The doctor once again said it seemed to be nothing to worry about, but wrote a script just incase I wanted to go get it checked out. Well this time, I didn't rush to get the ultrasound. I think it was 3 weeks before i setup the appoint, and I'm glad I did. This time during the ultrasound, the tech left the room to get the doctor, and she came back and took a look herself. She explained to me that the lump didn't look normal, so at this time even with me still breastfeeding, they wanted to do a mammo, and after looking she wanted to biopsy it, So I went ahead and scheduled that which was on July 24th 2019. On July 26th 2019, I was called into the Urgent Care and they explained to me how it was infact Breast cancer! I was so shocked, I didn't know what to say, or how to feel. I tried to just take it in, and stay positive, which I am still doing to this day.
Since the Cancer diagnosis I have been to numerous doctors appointments, blood work, exams, it has become a very stressful time for myself and family. I have learned that my breast cancer is not only in my right breast, that is approx 6cm in size. But I also have a very small 3cm cancious tumor in my right axilla too. They are classifying my breast cancer as a Stage 2b & my cells are grade 3.
The treatment they want me to go through scares me the most. 5 months of aggressive IV chemo, then surgery, then 5 years on chemo pills. They have told me, it should be curable! They have my port placement surgery scheduled for September 16th, 2019.
My whole life I've wanted to be a mother, and I am so happy and blessed with my son, but with chemo, my chances of being able to have children again is drastically lowered. Which is very saddening, and heartbreaking. I wasn't ready to make that decision yet, so soon.
To conclude my story, myself and my family are going through a lot right now. And me personally will be going through a lot of emotional and physically changes over the next few months. My family will need to take time off of work to care for me, and my son as well as. So any money donated would be greatly appreciated, and help us so much overcome this burden!
