Help Jack's Fight Against Hip Dysplasia

Hello everyone, I'm Robert and I'm Jack's K-9 handler. Jack's is a 6 yr old King Shepherd Who is a trained protection K-9. He's also trained for myself for my ptsd. Jack's has been by my side for his hole life. In fact he's like my son to me. Unfortunately Jack's Developed Bad hip dysplasia in his left hip. I do work full time ,but can't afford to get him his surgery. His health is great except for his hip. I will not put him to sleep just because of his hip. We as humans don't get put to sleep because we need a new joint. So why should an animal... Jack's his great with my hole family including my grand kids.. Jack's is a very loving dog and is the alfa male of my pack of 4 dog's. Please if you can find it in your heart to help this great dog out , it will be greatly appreciated... thank you in advance.....
