Help Jacob in his fight with AML Leukaemia

12 year Jacob's life was turned upside down in April when he was diagnosed with having AML Leukaemia.
He has now been in hospital for 5 months and just completed his Bone Marrow transplant and most intense chemo yet. He is struggling and needs needs our prayers and support. Lani continues to have to be at hospital everyday and is unable to work to support the family. They continue to need community support. Please donate if possible.
Below is their story.
Lani, his mother, has worked as a cleaner in my family home for 3 years. She is a dedicated single mother, who has managed to get her family out of women's refuge and into housing near Lismore NSW. She homeschools her two boys Jacob and Lucas 14. They have 2 dogs and she is hard working, loyal, reliable and alone.
2 weeks ago she didn't come to work because Jacob had a fever, which is rare because Jacob has never really been sick. Suddenly he started bleeding so she took him to the hospital. After 2 hours of testing she was told that Jacob at Leukemia and he immediately had to be transported to Brisbane Mater Hospital for specialist treatment. There was no room for 14 year old Lucas, who had to return home to look after their dogs not knowing what was going to happen to his brother.
Overnight, Lani was told Jacob would have to be in hospital for at least 6 months and started chemo immediately. Lucas needs to be relocated to another home. Lani has lost her income and can't work as she needs to be with Jacob 24/7. She has had to find homes for her dogs and the Oncologist has told her she will not be able to take Jacob back to their home as it is riddled with black mold (an issue over the last 1 and a half years housing have not addressed). Hence, she has to move her things into storage. She has no family, or support networks in Brisbane. She is on her own, fighting for her son's life.
She desperately needs money for daily food for the family. Someone has lent her a juicer and she is needing organic fruits and veg to support Jacob nutritionally. He requires special dietary supplements and other healing therapies to support his journey with Leukemia. Lani needs money to pay bills, travel and expenses to house Lucas and take care of his needs.
