Help Jacob start his art and science career!

Ten years ago, a set up a tiny little blog to share my love of science and art. (Accessible here ) I want to take this year to properly dress it up and start working on projects that match the scope that I hope to reach.  I really wish that I could have done this earlier, but my current equipment is somewhat limiting (a laptop with an i3 CPU), and due to my Autism and the mental health challenges that arose over the years because of it, I have not been able to hold on to a job long enough to build up the money needed to upgrade. This may be the jumpstart I need to begin my journey to financial independence.


For the longest time, I was terrified of asking people for help, so know I will not forget the service this site provides as well as the hope for the future any donors will certainly give. As the campaign progresses, I will update this page with photos of all of the materials bought, so you know that your money will be handled honestly and securely. In addition, a special page on the original site will be dedicated to the names of each of our donors, so that I will never forget the immense amount of gratitude I owe.


Listed below are the materials and their respective costs that your funds will (hopefully) pay for. The money will be spent first on the items most essential to our goals first. (i.e., the computer, tablet, program licenses, and so on) Any amount earned above our goal will be sent to a charity of your choice, so your contribution will always be gratefully accepted.


My hope is that we will reach the goal by my blog's anniversary date, 2 August 2021, but I will be indebted to anyone who donates at any time throughout the year. Thank you very much for your consideration, and I hope to see you soon with better equipment!
