Help Jacob Trego Fight Cancer
Jacob is known and loved by everyone he meets. No one is a stranger to him. We have all woken up some morning to find him sleeping on our couch, having borrowed our clothes and toothpaste and we are never mad about it because of the joy he brings to our lives.
On March 2nd, what started as a simple trip to the ER for some stomach pain revealed a stage 4 colon cancer diagnosis after finding a mass and spot on his liver. After speaking with the oncologist, he suggested to colostomy bag the mass so that Jacob could start chemo treatments right away. As of right now, he is looking at a 6 month treatment plan. We will keep you posted with updates.
Many people have reached out wanting to help in any way that they can. So we created this page as a way for you to show your love and support for Jacob, his wife Roz, and the Trego family on this journey. The plan is to get in front of the medical bills that will come with treatment and help cover other monthly costs. We are hoping and praying that this will be a sprint but are preparing for marathon.
