Help Jahmiel Transition :)

Hi, my name is Jahmiel. I’m a 21 year old trans man from London. I’ve been on the NHS gender clinic waiting list for 6 years, and to be honest, I’ve become tired of waiting. This GoFundMe will help towards my transition including a diagnostic assessment, blood tests, hormone therapy, follow up sessions and my top surgery! Any help at all would be much appreciated :))
