Help Jaiden and Kayden have a Christmas
Donation protected
I'm not one to ask for help ( Not because I'm to proud but because I believe there is always someone out there that could use it more than me). But I'm not really asking help for myself. But I'm asking help for my kids. This year has been a rough one to say the least. On September 7th my daughter Kayden was diagnosed with a rare cancer. She has a 4.75 in tumor on her hip. It's called synovial sarcoma. On September 26th she started aggressive chemo. We have to go stay at Levines Children's Hospital for 4 days every 3 weeks so she can receive her chemo. She also takes chemo pills everyday. We also have to go to oncology and hematology Clinic at Levine's every Monday so she can have her levels checked. And a few times in between she's been to the Levine's children's emergency room we're both time she's been admitted and had to stay a day or two. Followed by a unscheduled trip to the Clinic after being released. She's had to have platelets a few times and blood transfusions. About 3 weeks ago we were told that during their genetics testing they discovered a genetic defect with her heart. This genetic defect caused a very rare heart disease called Brugada syndrome. So now we have to also go to the cardiologist frequently to make sure her heart is working properly. She's also scheduled to have surgery to remove the tumor on December 22nd . Which means more than likely she'll spend Christmas in the hospital. Given all this unplanned travel and time away from home which gets expensive I'm just not sure where funds for Christmas is going to come from. And Kayden has a brother Jaiden. Jaiden has been well taken care of but somewhat neglected at the same time. Seeing as the majority of our time goes to Kayden and her care and treatment right now. She pretty much needs Around the Clock care. She has few good days before it's time for the next round of chemo. Neither one of them should have to go without Christmas because I can't afford it. No child deserves that. And these two kids have been through hell the past few months. Kayden being sick and going through treatment and Jaiden not having us here all the time and worrying himself sick about his best friend. Anything helps every dollar adds up and any donations will be greatly appreciated. And if you can't donate I understand everyone is struggling these days. But please continue to keep us in your thoughts and prayers. Thank you in advance and God bless
