Help Jakai recover after being hit by car twice!

Hello, my name is Courtney and I grew up with Jessica, Kai's mom. As kids Jessica dreamed of being a mother. And you could tell that she was going to be a great mom. She was the protective, fun, big sister who had that mothering instinct and nurturing vibe always. So after making one of the biggest moves of her life, on her own with her 3 youngest kids to Las Vegas. She has encountered hurdle after hurdle: from the job she has lined up being not available after moving down here: and the home she had paid a deposit on being basically a scam- and finding all this out after she had already left her job of 5+ years and packed up her and the kids lives to start their new life down here. She made it work like moms do- started a new job and is about to move into a house. And while playing outside of their hotel with other kids who were staying there 4 year old Jakai and his dog skai were ran over by a vehicle leaving the hotel: not once but twice. The driver of the vehichle is being sought by police. It was an SUV with two females inside as well as three kids. Its suspected they were visiting the hotel and using some kind of substance that would make them decide not to stop, and flea the scene. Unfortunately Skai (the dog) did not make it- and Jakai was rushed to the hospital where he had surgery on his legs. He's suffered a TBI and both shins are broken, as well as all his toes. He's in good spirits however. Very grateful to be alive. Especially since there were tire marks on his head. It is truly a miracle and by the grace of God he's still here. Jakai is struggling with the loss of his best friend Skai. So I'm asking for help raising money for his medical bills, the proper after death services for his dog, and for the time off of work Jessica is going to have to take to care for kajai since he can't goto school in that condition. As of last night he started nightmares. So im sure the mental stress of the the trauma will also require some mental therapy as well as physical therapy. Its all up in the air right now since this just happened two days ago: and the primary concern is he make it through the whole ordeal. Jessica has been in contact with an attorney and so I'm sure lawyer fees will be incredibly important as well. We appreciate any help because she will Definitely need it in these coming weeks/months.
